RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We don't accept returns or cancellations

 

 However, we gladly except exchanges.

In cases of exchanges for defects in the original product, we will send the replacement piece(s) once we have received the original returned item. There will not be a shipping charge for this exchange.

All items must be in original condition and show no signs of use, and must be returned in original vendor packaging.

 

For international returns, any customs or import duties, brokerage fees, taxes and all other charges paid on return shipments are the solely your responsibility. In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded. All costs, duties, fees, or taxes are your responsibility and will not be refunded to you.

 

In the United States, if the recipient refuses delivery an item purchased at www.goonrecords.com, all charges shall be your responsibility and Goon Records may charge you for any additional charges.

 

In the event that purchases are not delivered to you due to a mistake on Goon Records’ part, Goon Records will completely refund you or send the item to you again without extra charge when the item is still available, whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details and so you are responsible for entering your correct address. If you enter the incorrect address and do not notify us before the order is shipped, Goon Records cannot refund your purchase. If we send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.

  

Requests for exchanges must be made within 14 days of the purchase date and 7 days within delivery. Good Records will not exchange after such date for any reason whatsoever.

 

In rare cases Goon Records may offer the option to return an item which is not defective you shall be responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to Goon Records. Credits or refunds will be issued to you for the original purchase price after the item(s) are received and processed by Goon Records.

 

Exchange/Returns Procedure

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, in the event that a product you have purchased is defective, damaged or clothing item is in the incorrect size, please contact us by email at info@goonrecords.com within fourteen (14) days of your purchase. Please include your name and your order number along with your description of the product and the issue. Goon Records will look into the matter and we may contact you for further information. Ship items back to Goon Records within 14 days of delivery.

Please note that returns/exchanges cannot be accepted unless you first contact Goon Records and after we issue a return/exchange authorization.

 

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Goon Records will only cover shipping related costs if the mistake was made on our end. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
